Patriots’ LB Donta Hightower solid in win over Buffalo

New England remains undefeated at 10-0 after its 20-13 win over Buffalo Monday night. Patriots’ linebacker Donta Hightower finished with four total tackles, including one for loss.

The former Alabama standout led a New England defense that sacked Bills’ quarterback Tyrod Taylor twice and limited the team to 3.1 yards per carry on the ground. Buffalo totaled 94 rushing yards on 30 carries.

Hightower has been exceptional this year, accounting for 52 tackles (second on the team).

He also has 3.5 sacks (fourth on team), a pass defended a fumble recovery.

New England will travel to Sports Authority Field at Mile High next week to face the Denver Broncos (8-2).
