Marlon Davidson, the five star defensive end out of Greenville, AL is set to make his college decision this Friday. Auburn and Alabama are the favorites for the in-state prospect, with Georgia trailing the two. Davidson is the number two defensive end in the nation and the number three player in the state of Alabama and will be a great addition to either defense.

At 6’4, 260 pounds, most people that size would not move how Marlon Davidson moves, he is an excellent athlete with superior strength for his size. He already fits the ideal size for a collegiate defensive end, making him an ideal fit at either Alabama or Auburn.

If Davidson decides to come to Tuscaloosa, it would be huge for the Tide and could lead to a legendary class. If he came to Alabama, it could lead to the commitments of, the number one linebacker in the nation, Lyndell “Mack” Wilson as well as the number one player in the state, Gordo linebacker Ben Davis, putting the top three players in Alabama on the same team for 3-4 years. It could become a chain reaction just based on the fact that they know they can win together. This trio could be just the replacements that the Tide will need for guys like Jarran Reed, A’Shawn Robinson, and Reggie Ragland when they inevitably leave for the NFL.
